Local orders are delivered same day after payment is verified (business days). Note in your checkout shipping details that you are local so we can route you for same-day delivery.
Orders are submitted through this site as payment-instruction checkouts. Shipping begins only after payment is received and manually verified by our team. You will receive a confirmation email once payment is confirmed, and tracking details when your package ships.
Once payment is verified by 12:00 PM (local business time), Monday through Friday, orders are typically processed and shipped the same business day when possible. Orders verified after the cutoff, or on weekends/holidays, are generally processed on the next business day.
For non-local carrier shipments, same-day ship-out is not guaranteed due to order volume or unforeseen circumstances. We do not process or ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Non-local packages are typically shipped via major U.S. carriers (such as USPS or UPS) using tracked service. Delivery estimates begin after the package has been accepted by the carrier. Transit times can vary by destination, weather, and carrier volume. Local orders are delivered same day as noted above.
Because orders can move quickly after payment verification, please double-check your shipping address in your order notes before submitting. Once a package has shipped, we may not be able to intercept or reroute it.
Packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer do not automatically qualify for a refund or reship. We will do our best to help, but address accuracy at checkout is the buyer’s responsibility.
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your payment reference. Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or a full refund. Exceptions may be considered case-by-case at our discretion.
